  • What is accepted as valid proof of identity/citizenship for a United States citizen?

  • All guests traveling on any voyages starting on or after January 1, 2011 onboard Crystal Cruise Ships, are required to carry a passport. We recommend that the passport is valid through six months after the end of the voyage. Non-U.S. citizens who permanently reside in the United States are required to carry their Permanent Resident Card (informally known as a Green Card). The name on your cruise line or airline reservation must match the name on your passport and Permanent Resident Card. 
    Guests who do not possess the proper documentation may be prevented from boarding their flight or ship or from entering a country, and may be subject to fines. 
    For additional passport requirements and information on obtaining or renewing a passport, U.S. travelers should visit the State Department's website: www.travel.state.gov/passport. Guests from outside the United States should contact their country's passport issuing agency.

    Passports:

    To enter Canada, a valid passport is required by all nationals referred to in the chart above, except the following:

    1. Citizens of France who are residents of, and entering from, the French overseas territory Saint Pierre and Miquelon; and persons entering from Saint Pierre and Miquelon.

    2. Citizens of the USA holding a birth certificate, certificate of citizenship or naturalization, US permanent resident card, or certificate of Indian status along with photo ID. However, it is recommended that you carry a valid passport. US citizens re-entering the USA from Canada via air, land or sea require a valid passport or passport card.

    Passport note:

    The following are unsuitable for travel to Canada: any passport claiming to have been issued by Somalia non-machine readable passports issued by the Czech Republic; temporary passports issued by the Republic of South Africa and temporary passports issued by Venezuela.

    Visas:

    Visas are not required by nationals referred to in the chart above for stays of up to six months, except the following:

    • Nationals of (3) Bulgaria and Romania.

    However, all visa-exempt nationals (other than US citizens) are required to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) if traveling to or through Canada by air.

    Note that Bulgarians and Romanians who hold a valid US non-immigration visa or have held a Canadian visa within the past ten years can apply for an eTA. Most eTAs are authorized within minutes. Nationals not referred to in the chart are advised to contact the high commission or embassy to check visa requirements for Canada.

  • What are the rules about dining? 
    Crystal Cruises offers open seating for dining in the main dining room, and therefore, there are no assigned dining times. Guests should consult the daily program for locations and any changes in schedule.

    Special morning meals include Continental breakfast served, on request; in staterooms between 6:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. If guests are staying in a suite and would like a full breakfast served in their suite between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., they should notify their stateroom attendant the night before by filling out the breakfast request form. 
  • Will Public Sex be allowed? 

  • NO. Please check our Code of Conduct. We will have some public play areas where sex will be allowed and encouraged. Any other public place not designated as a playroom will be inappropriate to have sex. 
  • What is the age group that will be on board? 

  • The average age is from mid 30's to early 60's.
  • We understand this is a couples cruise. Do we have to be married? 
    No. You must be 21 years of age and travelling as a couple. In addition, you must sign our Rules and Conduct policy. 
  • Are there any other rules we should know of? 
    The golden rule will always be applied during the entire time of the cruise, NO means NO. 
  • What ship are we sailing on for the full ship charter? 
    The ship is called Crystal Symphony. 
  • Does the Cruise line know what kind of a charter this is? 
    Absolutely. They know about our events and worldwide reputation of organizing/hosting great events in the swinger community for the past 7 years. They are eager to host our event! 
  • When do we need to book?

  • The cruise price does not include air transportation, transfers or items of a personal nature, such as shore excursions, photographs, medical services, etc. 
  • How much is the taxes & Tips? 
    The port charges, taxes, gratuities, document, administration and security fees will have a onetime additional charge of $425.00 p/p are all Staterooms

    Everyone is charged gratuities in advance, so they will be pre-paid the minute you arrive on board. You may add additional amounts for any of the ship's staff that gave you exceptional service and/or made your stay on the ship a memorable one. There is an envelope that will be left in your cabin on the last night of the cruise for gratuities. Since you already pre-paid them before you sailed, you do not need to do anything with this envelope, unless you decide that you want to tip extra. 
    The pre-paid gratuities cover your waitstaff in the main dining area and your cabin steward.

  • What if I have to cancel? 
    We have a standard cancellation policy. 
  • Is airfare included?
    No. You will need to make arrangements to arrive and depart from Vancouver, Canada. If you are arriving early and stay in a hotel other than our host hotel, many of these hotels offer transportation to the cruise terminal. You will be responsible for your transportation from the airport to the cruise terminal. 
  • Do I have a choice in cabins?
    Yes. All cabins are booked on a first come, first served basis. We will be happy to help you and make suggestions as to the location that is best for you. 
  • When does the ship sail? 
    It will depart from the dock at 5:00 pm sharp. You can start boarding the ship at 11:30 am the day of departure. 
  • When will we get our cruise documents? 
    You will receive an invoice immediately after making your booking. Final boarding documents will be provided online. 
  • Do I need to bring money with me on the cruise?
    When you board the ship, you will be presented with a "Pass Card". You will use this card for all shipboard charges. At the end of the cruise, you can settle your account by either paying cash or using a credit card. The ship does not accept cash.
  • Are cabins available for the handicapped?
    Yes. If you have a qualified disability, please contact us for cabin placement. 
  • Are shore excursions available? 
    Yes. You can pre-book them or wait until you get on the ship. We will be releasing information ahead of time about special excursions and events. 
  • Can we bring a 3rd person? 
    A limited number of single ladies will be allowed to accompany a couple in their cabin. The cost is $875.00 
  • Are passports required? 
    Yes. Make sure you apply ahead of time and allow plenty of time to receive your passport if you do not currently have one. If you already have a passport, make sure you check the expiration date so you do not run into any trouble while abroad. 
  • Will my cell phone/internet work on board the ship? 
    Most of the big networks will have service on board. Check with your carrier for costs, as packages and prices can be steep on board.
